Sfat HaMidbar- A Studio for social creativity in Yerucham.

Sfat HaMidbar provides employment solutions for youth at risk and has employed more than 30 young adults since 2015. Over a four month training process, these young adults learn skills such as sculpture, basket weaving, ceramics, carpentry and more. After this, they deliver workshops at the studio.

These workshops assist youth in developing self-confidence, creating a support network, taking personal responsibility, and provide current and future employment opportunities.

The studio offers various workshops and sells art and gifts created by the at risk youth to finance the social component of the program.

Naama is a graduate of Eretz-Ir’s first ever accelerator for social businesses in 2015.
